Very poor, incomptative and unprofessional - administrative and technical staff.

They're very careless and just try to handle the things and not try to dig out the reason for being careless by any staff.

Will highly recommend to go to other branches or a local workshop instead of paying huge costs to Nexa Auto Vibes and in return you will get lots of headaches because customers pay a huge amount to get satisfactory and quality services as returns.

Quite practical advice, in my case was to not spend 22.5lakh money on vehicle as i already had one small celerio cng car and my daily running is only 2km daily

Kindly start TV in waiting room area , Car service time appox 4hr . Therefore something required for 4hr entertainment.

The place is very congested one. Advisors have become mechanically driven, have no humanitarian approach towards customers. The only positive thing is that Nexa has introduced Body Shop also. Waiting time 7+ hours.
For a normal paid service we have to spent 7.5 hours, quite disgusting.
