Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Modern Automobiles, Panchkula, Sector 8)

Never buy a car from them. They are liars. I had bought a Swift from Modern Automobiles on 30th June 2021. I had paid all the amount for RC but still not received RC of my car. I am chasing them from last 8 months but their response is very poor. I suggest never buy a car from them.

I suggest never buy a car from this agency. My friend had bought a car from this agency on 30th June 2021. But still we have not received RC of the car. He has paid all the amount for the RC. He is following them from last 7-8 months they are not responding. Now they are not picking his call. Modern automobiles are worst. Never deal with this agency. Worst Worst Worst Worst

I must say that most of the reviews (negative ones related to the RC) are fake reviews, I think just to defame this showroom. A few days back I visited the showroom and here is my review.
1. Showroom is an SCO which lacks space but they have a bigger showcase in the industrial area Panchkula. Sector 8 showroom is to provide services to the customers who can't visit industrial area.
2. Staff is good and will provide you better discounts than other car showrooms.

Mostly running fine because of the cars, the service is very sub par especially compared to other brands. You have to wait awkwardly for a long while to talk to someone. When asked about the car they only have a model they want to sell in mind, will not even discuss features in other variants. If you're spending tens of lakhs on a car, you should definitely be given more time and respect.
