Frontier Honda

My name is Niladri Dasmahapatra and my car is Honda city , purchased it in year 2020 with registration number as HR26*****.

My car met with an accident on 27th of June 2022 and asked Frontier Honda to pick up my car for body shop and as informed due to rush they picked up on 5th and kept my car for 4 days and on 9th they said my paperwork work incorrect. As it was weekend and we middle class families rely of our only vechicle to commute , hence asked them to return my car for weekend and they can pick again on 10th.
So Frontier Honda picked it again on 10th and kept for 5 days and informed me the approval they have received on 15th now and would keep the car for more 3-4 days for repair.
The intention was not to repair and as it was weekend again I would ask for my car back, by this way the date between accident and repair request would enlarge and I would not get the insurance claim any more.
Am very sorry for this behaviour and limit of service Frontier Honda showcases. Am not going to go back to Frontier Honda any more for service and would recommend my family, relatives and friends to go to Frontier Honda specifically.
On fish can make the entire pond rotten. Hence the service of Honda.

One of the worst experience of car buying. The sales team is highly unorganized. They will seek document as and when needed rather then giving the list in one go
The sales head refused to meet
Had to fight a lot to get logistic charges waived
There is no logic to levy logistic charges if price quoted is ex-showroom
The loyalty bonus was refused initially. Had to push hard to get it
The accessories are highly overpriced, insurance premium asked was higher than market rates

Honda makes good cars, wish they developed a good sales team also for a delightful experience of car buying

Great experience! Mr. Puneet Jain was assigned as sales executive and he is a great guy. Car buying experience was very smooth. Overall ambience of the showroom and staff here is well trained and helpful. You will get the delivery of car on the time commited.

Very nice dealership. Very helpful and courteous staff. Delivery experience was very special, car unveil followed by key handover followed by cake cutting… very nice experience!

This is a review mostly of their service. I sent an immaculate clean car for the first service. You could have eaten off the seats, it was so clean in the interior. I got this mess back with stains and marks and dust all over the place. The floors weren’t even vacuumed. Wonder what they did in the engine bay but fortunately it wasn’t a major service. This was after I sent the car twice for cleaning. Once after I complained. So you can imagine, they don’t care at all.

Poor experience till now. The sales person assigned to me is sumit yadav. He has created a whatsapp group with me. But not even a single update there and its been 3 days. I have called and whatsapp multiple times but they don't even pick the call. Will attach screenshot of the group chat also .It feels like they are servicing it for free of cost.

One of the Worst Service Experience over last many years with assurances of improvements. No accountability, No reliable service, No timeline. Quality of service is pathetic. Regular post service delivery complaint like car not even cleaned properly. Smell inside car post service. Paint job done become yellow and enev crack. I wish if there is an alternate in Gurgaon.

Have a Great Experience there. Showroom is located at Sohna Road in front of Vatika Business Park. Showroom Sales guy was enough Informative and have all Honda Cars in display. I definitely recommend this showroom for Honda Cars.
