My experience is bad as a whole downtown not anyone personally.
Car insurance iS not compulsory to purchase from showroom though initially I was denied to book car, when I told them I will complain to IRDA and Hundai company, then they allowed me to buy insurance from out side. They charged 4000 Rs then actual cost. They never clarified the details only they gave me the receipt of total amount for registration.
They forced me to deposit the full amount of vehicle before I can see the vehicle condition personally.

It was great experience with the staff here. Especially Chirag Shah & Jay patel (ccm) were great at customer service. Very happy to purchase my Car from here.
