Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Atul Motors, Rajkot, Bhakti Nagar Station)

The sales and support staff is so poor that they dont know how to provide proper customer service. Very poor experience with it.

Visited showroom yesterday. It was good. Want to inquire about Maruti Suzuki Ertiga.
Staff was good and attentive. Mr Raj explained very well. Hospitality was good.
Satisfied. 👍

I went to see new Brezza. The sales exicutive had no Brochure, he was explaining all the features in the air. I said give me a Brochure to visualise, but he saied that i will give you PDF of it, what a cheap dealer Atul have become. Moreover Quotation that we gave me was hand written, which is again very cheap tactics. Sales exicutive had ZERO experiance, even my 8 years kid has more knowledge of car then him. Then comes the Demo car, 1st he sayed that there are no demo car available, then after convinsing him suddenly a car comes. He did not insisted for a test ride at all. When i was looking at car after few minutes sales exicutive disappeared in air. Thus very bad experiance. I am a old customer of Suzuki and Atul, but i think Atul dont care their recuring customers.
