WORST SERVICE !!
There is literally ko communication Beth wren the departments ,when asked why the service was not done properly the staff will just keep on shifting the blame from one department to another with no valid point
After the service they will make you wait for an hour to handover the car

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. Jay was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. VERY BAD SERVICE, AND CO OPERATION, ONCE THEY RECIEVE TOKEN WE HAVE TO FOLLOW REGULARLY, THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO INFORM YOU THE STATUS

Kiran motors, Adajan is the worst showroom i saw ever, i buy my swift dzire on 09 Oct'22, I submitted my bank details and cheque copy on 12 Oct'22 for process my refund for insurance amount, i still waiting for my refund........

Also that i serviced my car in second week of November and they scan my barcode but its failed due to not saw my car on the records and still i got call constantly for my first service , the management was the worst.....

Not good welcome here from showroom staff.
Totally staff is not interested in new customers, all staff are doing gossip no one can ready to attend us.
No receptionist or help desk officers.
Aisa he karna he to showroom kyu open karke rakhe ho?
Online he bech do cars...
Aise bhi Maruti k name se lene vale ate he ...
Please go other showroom for good service...
