Hi All, hope you all are doing good.
Discount word is not in the dictionary of Maruti Suzuki, they are like- we just manufacture and sell thats it. After sales service is horrible and when you go for inquiry they judge you on your outfit and then quote you. I was ready to pay cash for celerio but they are like no we dont have any cash discount I mean are you serious.
Not expected this sort of behaviour and treatment from an Indian company majorly in the era when they need to be at the top of the list in customer satisfaction.

We have been connected with Maruti suzuki & kataria, navsari since last 11 year's..This time we bought a new car and replaced the old one. It was good experience with Kataria.
However, i feel that for alto k10vxi+ (top model) features could have been better. Maruti suzuki owners should think in that line as there is no "much" difference)/distinguish b/w vxi and vxi+.
Last but not least, Nil Naik was very polite, explained us all the car features, insurance policy details and other documentation part. In short, he has provided exceptional service to us .. Thanks
