Worst and third class behaviour of staff. The security guards even don't know how to behave with a customer. They say u can't take the car inside or they will scold u whereas they don't sit in front of gate also. Total unprofessionalism.

Its good that VW company has been there in Guwahati for entire Northeastern region for after sale service...but very much disappointed during my first time visit to the place, to enquire about the spare parts for my Polo 2011 model but the reply was parts not available, have to order it. Sad to see that after sale service is very poor in spite of having only one VW Showroom as well as service center for entire Northeastern region. Having only Showroom isn't enough if there is no proper service center and parts available at the stock.

Probably the worst car dealer in entire North East India region. You own a VW car and when one needs to get a servicing done, it's a nightmare with this dealer. There is zero coordination amongst the employees. When it comes to spare parts, it will give you one hell of a experience as they lack any sort of stocks for spare parts. Even a basic engine coolant needs to be ordered and takes about 15 days standard to arrive. I think Volkswagen should either look into the type of service this dealer is providing to the customers or should completely shut it down.
