They don't have card service such a big prominent place and show room no card service. Itz really dissatisfied

Went to enquire about a vehicle I was expecting to buy. The staff was very cordial and responded me promptly with my queries and also asked me for a test drive of the vehicle. Had a very smooth conversation

Good reception and behaviour of the staff. Comfortable lounge. Tea is offered. However, technical side is poor. Vehicle is not assessed by technician in front of the owner at the time of receiving. Expected time of delivery is also not informed to the owner. In fact, nothing was done in my vehicle though the same was delivered right at 4.00 pm after a gap of 6 hours. I was very closely watching everything after parking the vehicle inside workshop at about 12.30 pm though entry was done before 10.00 am. and inspection of the technical side was started at about 3.00 pm.

Worst service experience this time on 13 th July 2021. Reached in scheduled time at 9.45 but didn't started or even touch before lunchtime.After several times of request started working . We were nearby to the car during working but they charged rs. 3oo for sanitisation withouth sanitizing it.
Management is very poor and people in the desk are not responsive.
Value of money and time should be respected.
