I have booked a Bolero b6 (bs6) model on 21/07/2020. I have paid Rs.10,000 as the booking amount on 21/07/2020 through Googlepay. My brother met from an accident and because of that I couldn't able to buy the Bolero b6. And so I asked for the refund payment of the booking and they told me that the refund payment is in the process. They told me that they have issued a cheque but till now I didn't get the amount.
It's been 10months...
How long will it take? Did the franchise ate all my valuable money?
Did they do the same for everyone?
