My punch got delivered on Feb 11 2022 at this showroom, elated with their way of delivering vehicle. Space should be increased as tata vehicles are increasing their count. Also it will be good if they increase service centers in East godavari district.

Got Nexon Dark edition. Anjali garu’s delivered vehicle with care and their service and hospitality are awesome. Looking forward for more .

We r from palakol.. I am went to the service centre with my frnd car tata tiago.. In rajahmundry service is very pooor and do not rectify the solution.. Tata is Gud but this particular showroom is not suggestable...

Tata - a very good brand but Not satisfied at all with Staff people, who are not sound knowledgeable. Simple skipped to fit car accessories during delivery. Even delivered car was not washed properly. Felt like, just went to local garrage to get brand new car there. Ridiculous

Sales executive durga prasad is very good.He explained all the features of the car and from booking to delivery of the car ,he is very well supported and updated me regarding the car booking status frequently.Totally loved the experience <3.Every company should have these kind of sales executives.Thanks a lot for the on-time delivery.

My experience from booking the vehicle to delivery went very well.
From the start we are being contact with Mr.Suseel garu & Mr. Kiran garu
Mr.Suseel has been very well supported and helpful in each and every stage from start to end. He is very polite and updated me from the scratch in a good way, made everything clear to me
Suggested what are all the pre-requisites and post as well.
We are happy everything was done intime almost.

I have purchased a Nexon car here and experienced bad luck as we didn't know about the pre-delivery inspection. The vehicle outside has one scratch, and a pillar has one scratch. And while installing seat covers, that guy made one more scratch on the dashboard. We brought these issues to management's attention, but nothing happened. No compensation was provided.

Note: Please utilise pre-delivery inspections before vehicle delivery.

Management or nobody will give this suggestion for a pre-delivery inspection, but it is our responsibility to ensure the vehicle is good.

I am a proud owner of a tata nexon. I took the xz + optional dt model. My experience from booking the vehicle to delivery was very pleasant and hassel free.
The show room it self is very well maintained with a good ambiance. The staff members are very polite and cartious towards customers.

I was assisted by Ms Tejaswini and team during the undertaking of my test drive as well as booking of my vehicle.Everythiang was explained very clearly regarding the vehicle, the variants, the accessories as well as regarding the after sales service.

Initially the estimated delivery time was 15 weeks but got a early delivery ie by 10 weeks with the help of Mr Naresh and Ms Tejaswini.

Delivery of the vehicle was a good experience as well. Got the car delivered according to the time I wanted without any delay. Everything was very smooth and was like clockwork ie very precise.

I would like to thank Ms Tejaswini and team for their help and constant communication regarding delivery, Mr Naresh for making the whole thing happen in 10 weeks.

Would definitely recommend this place and the above mentioned people to assist you. Happy driving and make local more vocal.
