Not having much knowledge about cars. Poor response towards customers. Same dealer in vizag is very good compared to this service center

Very happy with the service unlike my past experience. You can see my previous experience below and now they worked on it and lounge and air filling station available.
They are growing.happy for being tata family.

Pedapaadu road and attached to highway... positive side but negative side is they are not maintaining the standards...like a local road side product.cleaning is not good.wheel balancing mechine is also not available.may be tata first need to improve service before concentrate or promoting sales. My battery is dead within warranty period and they responding like I need to leave with them and additionally I have to pay the transportation charges for the battery.and asking me to leave service center without battery and any support.terrific service from tata...I will blame tata here because at the end it is the reputation of tata brand not the employees.

My experience was too good when compared to Tata motors service center-Select cars, Sanath nagar which was shifted to Kukatpally Y junction, Hyderabad. Treating customers is their big asset, especially Service Manager Shankar rao and his hospitality, respect towards customers made me to visit my next service to this door.

Even though I had bad experience during first service of my car, choose to go for second service on the assurance of service manager. This time my car got good service and servcie is improving in terms of quality.

Excellent support from the service manager and his team with minimal waiting time, The premise is very 👍 good.

They make you feel "why I gave my car for servicing at this place?"

I recently bought TATA ALTROZ (XZ model) at siva sankar TATA Motors, Srikakulam. I was asked to come to get the permanent number plate fixed. I gave the car for one whole business day for both servicing and fixing the permanent number plate. At the end of the day, they delivered me without fixing/putting the number plate. Their reply for that is that they "forgot". My car was also having the problem of making creaking sound whenever I turn the steering wheel. It was not rectified at all. I had to go to the service center next day to enquire about both these. The mechanic said that he informed the problem related to creaking sound to the advisor. The advisor, who was supposed to inform me,
never bothered to inform. For fixing the number plate also, they asked me to come again at 4pm again (I went to the servicing center at 2pm and was there till 3pm). It's like, I don't care about your problem. Get out and come when we call you to come. It's utter disappointment. I felt that these people give no importance to customer's time. ( will they give any importance to customer's car?)

I felt very bad. Feel like not going to this Srikakulam servicing center again. The main reason for me for choosing Tata over Kia is availability of servicing in srikakulam. Now I know that my decision is wrong.
