Located on the bank of river with great view.
No proper response from staff, not all cooperative. Also the quality of food served was moderate, nothing great about that too. Overall not so good experience as the place is a bit small and majorly only tour pakage tourist stay at this place, rest not so worth place to spend time. Hygiene is also not maintained. The place felt a bit untidy as well. No proper accomodation facilities available.

Location was very nice beside the river, but rooms weren't clean. Even though the location is at very cold place still no provision was there for hot drinking water. Food was okay.

This was the worst accomodation I have ever had. I went there on Christmas weekend. They do not provide hot water, food is bad, food timing is so limited and staff uncooperative, unhygienic tents, broken zippers, no hot water in bathroom to even wash your hand and face let alone to bathe. For like 40 people they gave one bonfire only. DJ couldn't even play one song on request. There is no one to resolve or even hear your concern about it.

The WORST.

Probably one of my worst experiences in life. The staff was hell rude. I booked the hotel at the price shown The owner denied our check inn and asked for extra charges. The camp is 7 kms away from kasol in middle of jungle. You cant find any cabs there. It was a pathetic experience. In negative temperature we had to wait for 2 hours for room which was given to as after we paid the extra charges. We asked for invoice of our stay which was denied. After arguing we were assured we will receive the invoice at the time of checkout. We haven't received the invoice yet. The staff is rude. There was also an electricity cutout which lasted the whole night and it came back by 11 next day which was at the of our checkout. I would never recommend this place to even my enemy. The staff behaved rudely to us during the whole stay because of the issue we faced earlier Everything their was worse. Keeping the view and property aside it was a pathetic experience

Best place for those who loves adventures, Trekking and Hiking. In the winters temperatures will be extremely cold and touches -5 to -10 degrees. Best time to visit is September to November.

This is a good place. It has a nice view. But the problem is, the tents have absolutely no maintenance. Most of them either have holes or the bathroom zipper is broken. The rooms and bathroom are terribly unclean. As it is near the river, it gets very cold but the rooms have no facilities of room heater, water heater or even geyser.

Only good thing was the reception guy…. Who was having manner n ethics to talk…. Rest all the workers were rude, not helpful…
Each n everything is charged…..
No proper voltage…..
No room facilities…… no heater….. no maintenance of camps…
Food was tasteless……
