The worst service I have ever seen in my life. AC was not working. If complained very rude behavior from staff. They just acted twice repairing AC but nothing worked. It's better that you beg train TC for place if your ticket is not confirmed then choosing this sense less travel service from Bhopal to Hyderabad.

I took bus from nagpur to Hyderabad. Bus is running late by 6 hours, driver don't have a valid reason why this late happened. When called Verma travel they are responding rudely and telling me to whatever I can do. They will not refund my money.
Water leakage in the bus, i wish there could be a option to upload videos.

Been waiting in their bus for past 2.5 hours, won't stop their bus for passenger's to go to the restroom just as their already going late for 4 hours in a travel from bhopal to nagpur which is 6 hours. Worst experience ever driver and Conductor are inexperienced for bus no. 9090

Pathetic service. Bus was scheduled at 6:30pm. And it's now 9:30 pm. yet no news for bus. Operator kept saying it's coming... since last 3 hours. Worst travel agency ever seen. Pls don't book any bus in this travel. Worst worst worst travel. Even any superlative degree in english for worst does not define how worst it is.

Worst experience I had ever. So much issues with this travel agency like luggage restriction, staff rude behavior, bording point issue...

Verma Travels have evolved themselves as per the need and urge of time. I have seen them progressing well.

Good bus service across M.P.

Bus service is okay. Office and Bus staff are useless and so ill mannered. Ladies don't prefer to choose this service.
