Hey admin. Here is no water bottle and refreshment service in your AC bus,while many other transport are providing .I remembered bottles was provided in earlier days in BMT bus services also. So I requested to you please provide water bottles as it's basic need.

So bad experience..... They don't follow any Kind of COVID protocols, the bus is Fully seated then after they allow the public to sit on the floor. The bus is full of smell.
