The bus was well mentained and the quality of the seats were very good. They provided snacks and a water bottle during my journey from Patna to Kolkata. I think the price was a little bit high though rest of the things were good.

The best bus service. Ac buses are not available this is the only reason for not giving 5 star. But rest of all departments are very supportive. Online booking is also available. Ro water and biscuits are also provided at the starting of journey free of cost. I love travelling with this services.

Believe me it will be your worst bus service. Bengal Tigers are looter they loot it’s passengers. I was told to pay Rs. 1800 for my small trolley and eventually I paid as I didn’t had any option. This is my first any last bus trip by this particular bus transport. They even book bus floors. Check my pictures for further information.

Inter state bus service. Those who don't get tickets in the peak season for going to Kolkata and can enjoy a long distance bus ride can opt this bus service. Mostly punctual but time taken is mostly decided by traffic conditions on that particular day. You can send goods by properly booking them !

Bus might be good but ine of the worst experience I had that if in some important time (exams in kolkata like WBJEE) u neeed to go to Kolkata with this bus, the bus owners will raise the fee to 3 to 4 times of the normal one. Staff behaviour is also so so type. In normal days Its O. K to travell with this.

Good bus service nd fares are in budget. It has sleeper facility as well as seating. Daily services available from Patna nd Kolkata, 2, 3 buses run in evng between 5 to 7pm. Interior is average nd normal, they provide 1 water bottle to each passenger. Have stop at Bihar Sharif for dinner at 9:30pm nd again 2 short brks for refreshment. The whole journey duration is 14 hrs not 12 as they say. You have to carry your own blanket, pillow or anything else for easy sleep. Also has to keep luggage under your own risk. Big luggages could be kept in luggage storage but has to be lil bit careful. Few of the seats not work properly for push back. There are Curtains on windows nd sleeper to cover from side for privacy nd lights from outside. But is not air packed as lil bit of air passes from window nd during night it may effect.

It takes approx 12-13 hours to reach kolkata..that's good..better than some other buses in same route
