Starting it was very good, but now bus staff and conductor showing attitude and also missbehave with customers. They don't hesitate to catch customer coller and neck.also they are charging higher amount of money. In sleeper they put 4 person in one cabin by force...

Very Bad Service In Travel Point Bus Staff Behaviour Is Very Poor Conducter Voice Is Always Wrong Very Bad Service Very Bad Service Bus Overload And overlate Timing Bus

It was a horrible and bad experience. And the only reason for this was one of the staff's behaviour who was drunken and tried to threaten us by saying delhi pahunch k dekh lenge tere ko. For putting every bag/item in diggy they would charge atleast 100 Rs. In my case they charged me Rs.400 for two small boxes of 10-12kg each. If the owner or concerned authority associated with the company is looking at this review, It is my humble request that you look into this matter and take immediate action as these disappointing review might harm the company. Moreover the staff should be trained to handle passengers in a humble way and affectionately.

Pathetic service .....19 hrs journey they said m it has been 22 hrs n i have not reached yet...it will take more 4 hrs ..the driver n marshal stops d bus whenever n wherever they want n eat n njoy ...n stop d ac for 2 hrs . D service is pathetic ....NVR use travel point

Honestly speaking, they provide very pathetic service.. Staff behavior is horrible.. They treat you in a way as if they are providing the service for free.. It's better to walk to Delhi than traveling by this bus.. There stop AC without any reason and there is no working charging point.. When I humbly asked him to please, switch on the charging point, let me charge my phone. Staff talked very rudely and ruthlessly. And he did not let me charge my phone.. A total waste of money.. They also pick passenger in between root.

Good option but bus stops and very low rated Dhabas and outlets.
So keep your food and snacks in good amount.
