Ballygunge Station

Station like ballygunge should be clean all the time. Full station in not covered for bad weather. Station is very much dirty. Basically NO 1 and NO 2 Platform is too much dirty.

Ballygunge station is the second station in the sealdah south section.Many people travel from here every day and there are lots of crowds.From here one line went to Bajbaj and another line went towards Sonarpur. It's a one of the main station of sealdah south section.Ambience of this station is good.This station is clean and well maintained.

One of the busiest station of sealdah south section, this is one of the junction where 2 sections devided. It's also very close to Gariahat, express reservation done here.

Station is decent and gives retro vibes, located in quite the interior. It needs some sign boards to help people guide to it especially for those who are new here or coming for the first time and the main roads. The platforms are quite narrow and traversing is quite a hassle given the amount of people of onboard and deboard trains or the crowd that is present here at all times, quite a busy station and a vital junction. Ticket machines work now which was a delight to see. Also google location is incorrect, you have to walk more to reach the station.

This is the most important busiest junction in south Kolkata. This is a very traditional and also very expensiive place. From ballygunge station you will get train towards sonarpur, baruipur, namkhana, dhakuria, etc. This is a very crowded and extremely busy station. The station is not covered fully with shade. One thing which is extremely disappointing is that there is no workable smart card machine for purchase a train ticket. all machines are damaged.
