Pune Airport

Very Small airport. The waiting area near the Terminal Gates is not at all properly organized for an airport. To reach the lounge on the first floor, it looks like a maze. No proper waiting area & not many food options to have. Too much time to board & takeoff. Overall , looks like growth of the city forced to make changes to the existing airport which wasnt planned to handle so many flights. Restrooms were not so clean & only a few were functional in the Gents restroom.

Baggage checking is done twice , which takes time and not so pocket friendly food options

Well maintained except the challenge passenger face at the time of security check. This has to be improved very much

Security check-in process is not at all organised or systematic. Cleanliness of the toilets or the premises is not upto even a domestic standard.

Pune, also called Poona, is a major city located in Maharashtra state in India and its second largest city after Mumbai.

The city features for its architecture regarding buildings and temples such as Pataleshwar Cave Temple, Aga Khan Palace, Shaniwarwada, Lal Mahal and Sinhaged Fort, among others.

Indigo has just one xray machine which causes long queues, even longer queue at security check, priority lounge seems inaccessible.

Considering it to be an industrial city - expected a much better experience

Nice place. Not so developed and maintained. Like service is not so good for check-in and check-out.
Food quality is also okok. Parking doesn't sound so clean.
Rest it is an airport. Udaan bharne k lie to accha hi hai.

At security counters, not much of the staff was there to assist the passengers. Lighting and the level of cleanliness is not up to the mark. The Lounge is too small and does not offer much of the choices of food.
