The depo has ample space to park their buses. But in terms of services, they are sad than regular government services. I often travel by 289. They have low frequency on this route and sadly the bus is extremely crowded. People pushing/yelling/abusing - Reason unheard discomforts of passengers. People have been giving feedback on the frequency, bus size and the route they choose. Results have not seen sunlight yet. Hope they improve. 2 stars for their commitment to run bus in all weather and traffic conditions.

The bus depot is good.. well maintained but the major problem is the management the buses don't run on time when complained the TC says that either the drivers are not available when buses are plenty and vice versa. The only bus that runs on time is 287, 288 and 300

Well maintained, passengers board in a que & buses are generally on time. Could improve the bus number indicators visibility.

Totally mismanaged, just like BEST company. Bus no. 287 is run every 2-5 minutes. All other busrs are given step motherly treatment. Bus no. 300 is highly neglected route. Many times a pair of driver conductor goes into bus (300), again come out and then start bus after 10 -15 minutes! This clown show is going on daily at peak hours. Even in 2018, they don't have GPS system, no computerized system, same manual entries like done 100 years ago, all business in Marathi only. Gone case, no modernization, no improvement, only fare hike (min. bus fares are same as auto fare, that means, if 3 persons share auto fare, it would be cheaper than BEST bus fare!!). Just because protected Govt. Company, keeps running. No audit, no proper service, on bank holidays only 1/4 th buses are running, often staff goes on mass leave, there are no records published about how many buses are there today on each route, how many are not in service today, why? what is staff attendance today? Nothing. Just monoploy. No transparency. Totally opaque compnay!
