Center of the city makes it convenient but requires major cleanliness. Mostly Buses going to Mumbai and south mostly start from here. There are a lot of hotels outside. If you have good time before your bus leaves then you can also visit the sarasbaug mandir near by.

The main entry to the Bus Stand lies on the road coming from Pune Camp but the ticket counter (Reservation/ Cancellation) counter is located to the left after you turn right towards Katraj from Swargate Junction.
Tickets can be booked/cancelled starting from 6am in the morning.
Service is very general like that of Govt Organisation, though people are helpful and guide you but the attitude is pretty much careless. Nonetheless you can get buses to all around Maharashtra like Kolhapur, Jalgaon , Satara , etc and also to other states like Kerala , Tamil Nadu , Bangalore , Gujarat , etc. It's crowded and also dirty. Toilets are present but using is not suggested due to absence of hygiene.

One of the few places where you can catch Shivneri bus of MSRTC properly. I didn't too many good eating joints nearby. So ensure that you have finished your lunch or dinner before arriving at the bus stop. The place could surely be better maintained.

You will get most of all buses from here If you are traveling through private bus ask when it's leaving and Also check how much bus is full or empty If it's empty don't buy private bus ticket go for another you will save your time waiting in Bus

Raddi bus stand, you'll see 7 buses in line for Thane but never one single bus for Dadar. Those come once in 2 hours. I've been sitting here for 2 hours already and I can see the Thane buses not filling even after staying an hour. I don't understand this, why do they not focus on Dadar? Those buses fill INSTANTLY!

Central hub for travelling within the city as well as out of the city. Very unclean place and lack of good good joints. Only one hotel natraj nearby is decently good for food.
