Spent a total of around 50k at the shop and totally bewildered by the way they even packaged the dresses though charged like 2k for courier service. Totally bummed and will have to buy new wedding outfit. Please check the negative reviews before visiting the shop!

We Came all the way from canada to shop for our wedding, i have heard this store from couple of my friends. but when we actually went to shop, the store owner name (sonu) was rude and just ignoring his workers if they ask for some help for no reason. prices were too high for the stuff they are selling. i guess city got some great other options to shop. but these guys just ripping off and zero customer service.

Totally fraud shop .I suggest people there are better places to shop in ludhiana. They are fraud people with less variety they just promote their name nilibar only but in reality they have very less collection and behave with customers like they have very high standards honestly can't believe how much they show off. very low grade shop .Never ever buy anything especially NRI's .they sell them at very high prices.Moreover they refuse to return suits if it is defected.

No too much Good Quality of Cloths were Available they Loot you if you don't take care of The Quality of stuff you have purchased.

Used to be a reliable go-to but has fallen from grace. The salespeople overpromise and underdeliver; their lack of accountability led to not only spending hours waiting for alterations that should have been completed the day before but caused us to be late for the very event they were purchased for. The owner talks a good game about customer service and pride in his establishment but does nothing to correct or compensate shortcomings. Very unfortunate and will not return. With so many competitors there is no need to encourage poor customer service

Good quality and variety but do keep a eye for prices
