Extremely bad customer services. When I first went to their shop they spoke to me like customer is God to them. They promised that they will make the dress exactly of the size and fit that I require. But when I went to there shop for the second time to check the fitting after alterations were done, they didn't even gave a damn about my concerns regarding the fitting of the dress.
They had made the dress a big mess. The tailoring that was done was looking like as some amateur tailor have handled my expensive boutique-made dress. The salesperson who sold me the dress the other day were not even paying attention to my concerns.
Not only this but they even had put a small cut on one of the sides of my dress which they later covered with some patch.
They spoiled my whole dress. I was really pissed off. I would never go to there shop again nor will I refer it to anyone else.

Did my shopping from here recently as a first time buyer. Seller has excellent communication , service , delivered quickly, managed to resolve any issues tht i had. I had worst experience with few sellers on facebook where they had sold my suits to someone else after taking payment from me & lost parcel or failed to confirm payment being receoved for 7days even if my bank was showing money being taken.

Their stuff is very overpriced. You can find the exact same item in another shop for 3000 rupees less in Hoshiarpur. I only went once but what stopped me from going again was their customer service. They are very very annoying and do not let you get up. I understand they are trying to make a sale but it makes you very upset when they keep showing you things that are nowhere near what you asked for, just for the sake of trying to make another sale. When you walk by their shop the sales men attack you to try to lure you inside, don't even let you look at the mannequins or even window shop without trying to force you to come inside. Way better shops few doors down.

I purchased 5 suits rang from 1300 to 2000. All of them are not at all worth it.

Old fashioned stuff.

Don't deserve one start as well.
