Bought this cycle for my toddler a few weeks ago. I was given a reference by my friends that this shop is many many years old and has got a good repute for selling great bicycles. My shopping experience in general was good, courteous staff and no bargain sale is all in line with expectations. The price in general is on the higher side compared with other vendors or online shopping. I noticed many other customers who were octogenarian and septuagenarian quoting that they had bought their first cycle in this shop. When I got this cycle home and my kid started to ride, just the second day, the tire had a puncture. The tires are prone to get punctured and we got it repaired at a nearby puncture shop. After a day or two it got punctured again and we went to the same repair shop. The technician there literally said "Ee tube ella China item sir" - means the tube inside was of inferior quality. And again in a few days time the cycle chain started to come out every now and then, the brake wire for the front wheel got disconnected. It was evident the bicycle assembly was not done diligently, and I had noticed at the time of purchase the techs here work under stress to assemble them in a record time. There does not seem to be quality control in place and they seem to be taking it too easy. But one thing that I still need to appreciate is that they acknowledged the issue and got it fixed when I took the cycle back to them. But if they had done their job right the first time, it could have saved my two trips to the shop. Reputation comes at a price and this shop has got to improve to live up to their customer expectations.

Very bad advice given by people in both stores at Clock Tower and Kuvempunagar. Bought the 29" cycle - instead of my preferred 27" cycle. The 29" forces the rider to lean forward, and hence put more weight on the handle. Result: when the front tyre goes over even small a pebble, the "leaned-on body weight on the handle" causes imbalance to the rider. Within 15 days of buying this cycle, daughter fell down from the bike and had a couple of stitches on the head.

Please be aware of the wrong advice from "don't-care" sales people and the managers there. WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE/S.

Instead of this store, I should have bought the bike from the other store near Corner House in Adichunchanagiri road - the manager and sales people actually know what they were talking about and gave right advice regarding the pros and cons of different choices available. Too late now!

Also, the "21 gear" gimmick is good old marketing gimmick, nonsense, and a lie. In reality, they advice you to use only 6-7 gears with a much complicated combination of two gear levers. If you find a 3-6 gear simple gearing system with one gear, just go for that.

Can't give atleast 1 Star, 0 star. "Mysore's no.1 cycle shop" (before) "Mysore's no.1 more than worst cycle shop" (now). The manager, staff & technician is worst one of bad experience in this shop. They doesn't give a good response to any coustomer.

After sale service is very very poor and shocking and harsh behaviour. The cycle needs to be brought for repair again and again. Every sunday there is sales but no service. Even for minute repair need ro lodge complaint on HERO cycle website.

Defected product😞, Worst Service.
Bought 91 company bicycle in discounted price, later only got to know it has manufacturing defects.
When given to service, they scratched the cycle, received back in worst condition, originality of item is lost😞.
They may be the oldest in the city, but now they are worst.
Owners please take care.
Finally my 30k rs wasted on defect item.

Don’t buy defect item at discounted price, then after don’t experience worst service. Save your self.

Please always by quality product. Don't even plan to go here, still in obirayana kaala. ,,☹️
