Their pricing is very high . Fortunately I compared online and found a difference of more than 1000/- for the checks . There is a shop just down the line ( I think it's called Bismillah whose pricing and service is realistic and much better )

Has decent collection of Indian brand cycle. Good staff behavior. Servicing price seemed economical compared to other shops. If you negotiate, he will give accessories for free.

Went to pick a BSA cycle. The admin Steve is super helpful. After selecting the cycle, getting it fixed, setting everything i went to pay but was treated poorly by the arrogant owner. Not sure what triggered him, but he treated me like he was doing me a favour and spoke down to me. I don't expect special service, infact okay with no service too. All i mentioned was that his price is steep and that Steve had offered a better price. He started yelling. I politely reminded him that i was the customer and such behaviour is unwelcome and will take my business elsewhere. He mentioned that he won't sell to me. I decided to go and Steve nearly begged me to stay and that he will deliver the cycle home too. Felt really sorry for him and offered to pay him any commission he would get on the sale, but will not purchase so that the arrogant owner gets no profit of me. why would anyone want to get insulted?

I saw the other reviewer feedback and see the consistent feedback on the owner.

I don't recommend this store. Not, would suggest anyone waste their time.

They say everything happens for good. Thanks to this arrogant owner, I made a more educated and better purchase. there are plenty of stores nearby that I realized that has much better selection like Global cycles, cycle world, bismillah cycle store, all within 1 -2 km range. I ended up buying an imported, lighter cycle from another store, instead of the BSA.

I hate to give even 1 star because the shop owner talks nonsense words tell when I went to see bicycles there are some local only and tell me
Their are original. In a gear cycle I saw their some local shifter so I hate in shop waste shop.

Purchased cycle within a day tube got weak in Horamavu branch. Complained but useless worker. Brand is ISI but worster than Chinese product.

Never go for servicing of cycle... I went for my gear cycle servicing, guy told me they will remove chain and thru servicing... And charged 450.. Now game started... He took almost three days and at the end just from surface clean... Chain were so dirty and almost nothing done... I wasted money and time... Never go for servicing or do infront which they will never do...
The gear cycle servicing I found decathlon... Very reasonable and good service..

This place was a famous one, once upon a time. The quality of cycles sold here are bad most of the time. The owner here is very rough in his talk. If you are not careful while selecting the cycle, he will saddle you with an damaged one. The owner knows to convience customers to get the stock sold. I have very bad experience at this shop. You may get carried away by the crowd there, but it is nothing like what it was 15 years ago, when the founder was running the place. Not recommended

They were charging 3000 rupees more compared with market price. If you go little further there is another store called 'New perfect cycles', is a good store charging less/whole sale price along with key 🔐 also.

I have recently purchased bicycle here, worst service experience, technician will take minimum 1 hr per cycle, they have given cheap quality Bell 🔔, got repair in one day, company said out of stock, i said will give money then they replaced with new bill.
