I would never recommend anyone to visit this colors outlet in Avani mall. Unprofessional staffs and they don't even understand their customers requirement. They unnecessarily charged me above 10k for highlights and haircut (which were terrible). After doing my highlights they again had to retouch due to their fault. And the franchise owner literally forced me to take a keratin therapy just to increase the bill amount. I had to agree to their terms in order to change the horrible color that came after doing highlights. They literally damaged my hair giving so much heat and chemicals continuously for 5-6 hours. I have attached the invoice also in case you think m making up stories.

Very bad experience they made my child waiting and didn’t complete the cutting saying it’s late come next day. Very inhuman please don’t go.

Most horrible salon outlet of Colors ...it's spoiling the brand name of Colors ...such a pathetic staff who is totally unapologetic and rude ...they don't even know how to wax ...just want to complete the work even if the work is not done properly ...the staff just knows how to make bad faces.

Worst service ever got.

It's not a parlour/saloon it's cheating spot..

I find that sometimes it is better than habibs....some times it give a haircut at a decent price..nice place for haircutting

Pathetic staff and people...unorganized place..they only concentrate on customers with higher value service.. They ditch into waiting and then deny the service after comparing with drop in customer.. Highly pathetic place...please do not go .

No proper sanitisation done, professionals not wearing ppe suits during this pandemic time, not even gloves, using unsanitised sccissors which is already used for other clients, charging customers extra for using clean disposable towel. Very very upsetting and unhygienic! Not recommended during this pandemic time!

My suggestion is to avoid this salon. Worst ever I had ever seen. They hired very poor quality people to serve here even these people would not be eligible to serve your nearby barbar shop.
