Lakme Salon Tollygunge

Not at all happy with the service. I took a cysteine treatment and after 1 day I feel again it's back to normal. The result which I received from Bangalore Lakme was amazing. I could feel the softness on texture and it was visible. But with Lakme salon tollygunge am not at all happy with the result. After 1 day it seems cysteine treatment has gone. No change.

Last month my wife had taken services from the Lakme Salon, Tollygunge shop for her hair smoothening. She came out with a not so good experience. The employees are professional but not trained enough. After doing the smoothening process and following the precautions which they had mentioned, her hairs are still fussy & bend.

She complained the same to the concern person for which they did some corrections and with their sweet words they had convinced my wife that nothing will happen further.

But the same issue is persisting now also..

No hard feelings to anyone, but we can't suggest anyone to this shop at least for hair smoothening services.

Whatever I mentioned above are solely our personal experience.

Very good facial from Pooja. Very nice behaviour and good way of explaining the products and problem areas. Also did hair spa and trimming from Anay. Great behaviour and cooperative. Overall satisfied. Only offside is the cost. It's expensive compared to it's competitors.
