The of the salon seems professional and friendly.

I went in for haircut, manicure and pedicure.
I had a happy experience with haircut. The hairstylist (the owner) has great experince with hairstyling. She did a great job!

However, the staff they have did not see be trained at their job they do. I didn not have a good experience with manicure at all. That is why I decided to ditch the pedicure.
The products they used were not clean though the staff tried to assure they were sterilized.
I was not convinced be cause I could see the uncleanliness in the items visible especially, nailcutter and other manicure itools.
I saw a loofah lying aroun, probbaly they use it for pedicure.
Here are my two cents for the staff and the owners - PLEASE DO NOT REUSE SUCH PRODUCTS ON EVERY CUSTOMER. It is advisable to use disposable tool if you do not have the ability to properly sterilize and keep the tools clean and shining.

Besides, they did not have a proper seating arrangemen for manicure. It was too difficult to sit with my arms hanging in air while the staff performed the service.

Overall, the charges seem pretty decent.
I would love to revisit if they can improve the services for Manicure and Pedicure and train their staff professionally.

I came out from here with a very bad experience.
They are too impatient to handle the clients.
They only need bare and bald head to treat. They become rude to see long and
thick hair.

I had the most amazing experience here. In fact I got the best haircut of my life at Labanya. To sum up I am elated and overwhelmed.

The worst experience I feel after going this parlour.The owner and her son are also very rude and no politeness are seen on their face.That experience I feel.

It was a great experience. My hair feels great. My hair is in expert hand finally. I would like to mention the hair washing part, it was really really amazing! From now onwards Labanya will be my ultimate hair care destination.

I have been going here since childhood....I can't think of going anywhere other than this parlour because of the cordiality of the owner (Mira Masi) and her employees (Aparnadi, Abhida & Riya )and above all for the great services...
Yesterday me and my mother went to take service and by the time work was over, it was eleven o'clock at night but still everyone works with great care..where their parlor closes at 8:30 pm.. which was amazing....A big thank you all off them❤️❤️
Lastly Labnya Family Sallon launched a new offer on facial & hair spa which was mind-blowing....

I have gone this salon from 2006. Their service for both skin and hair care are amazing. I can't imagine to go any other parlour for any services. Products used are authentic. Recently I have done keratin treatment of my hair and I am amazed by the result. My hair become so smooth and manageable now. This is possible only for Mira Chowdhury di. Thank you so much.

One of the oldest parlour in Malda. Had gone for keratin treatment few days back. Fully satisfied with the service. Staff were polite, courteous, well spoken. And the owner of the place Meera di, she is just awesome.. Lovely person. Would like to gothere again. All the best.. Keep up the good wor k. 🥰🥰🥰
