Service is good but they charge more than their ratecard like hungry people. These hungry beggars charged me rs 800 for cleanup wherein menu says 500 and whn complained blames on petrol prices. Cheap bstr..

Happy with the final result of the hair service done, Commendable job done by Rubina❤️Big shout out for her😇
However not happy with other services done not as expected,shud focus more on quality than quantity Quality vll follow up eventually.
Happy tat these services of Beauty and grooming is under the comfort of our own hometown and want this to keep growing wud like to advise if most of them could be put under the supervision of the expert guys as well as wud be helpful if a menucard could be created...no hard feelings pls kindly take the feedback positively...wish to c alot of improvement👍

Keeping it in mind I again went for hair color with the same guy.
But this time my hair is ruined
I was and I am still regretting to get it coloured
Just for a regular colour he charged 3500 way too expensive
Been over a month
My hair quality has detoriated..

The service totally depends on which staff you get. If you get a good staff, the service is good. But if you don't get an efficient staff, then it's not such a good experience. Most of their old staff have left and new ones have joined. Plus, they are very overpriced. I asked for head massage, they told me 800 rupees. When I said that i want only head massage without hair wash and blow dry, even for that---they insisted on the same price. Plus, i chose a pedicure for 900, then in the end when I asked for a moisturiser as my feet was feeling dry, they told me that that was not included in the pack. They couldn't offer a simple moisturiser.

Bad experience, it was my first visit in Tamaya and I am totally unhappy with a service 😡hair dresser is very unprofessional. After hair cut she didn’t remove a hair from my entire face and way she cut my hair is very simple don’t know how to satisfy the customers. Very bad experience I am not going to recommend this place and I personally never visit.

Since I’ve traveled quite a bit in my career, I’ve had to adapt to working with many different hair stylists. Naturally, some were better than others. I can truly say that I’ve found my perfect professional with Sachin at Tamaya Salon.I most appreciate his taking the time to both listen to my thoughts/desires and to offer new suggestions for me to consider based on his years of expertise. Best place in Darjeeling to have your hair cut or anything to do with hair. Besides cutting and caring for hair, he knows whats best for your scalp and hair. As a guy he is fast and really precise, he gets you in and out pretty quick... I trust him and always receive complements on how I look.
