The place is reasonable for threading and they do it well. But for mani- pedi, I don't suggest this place.

And never ever get a haircut at this place. They are not professionals and they don't know how to do it. I went there since it's one of the most talked about salons in Kottayam, and got out looking like a drenched chicken.
It was so bad that it was uneven on both sides. When I made her notice the unevenness, she cut the longer side making it shorter than the other side. This went on for a while till I asked her not to cut any more hair. I had to change the partition to make it look even on both sides. Please please don't go there for haircuts.

I got my worst haircut from here! Went there with shoulder level uniform length hair, all i asked was a simple short layer. It literally ended up looking like a boycut grown out. Very disappointed. I remember this place had good resources once. They really need to upgrade their quality of staff.

The new staff here dont even know how to cut regular fringes. They've ruined my hair. Also they are extremely rude. I've been their customer for so many years, this never happened with their old staff.
Will NEVER go here again.

I did pedicure and hair color last week and the experience was awesome!. Really appreciate the perfectionism of Manasi who attended to me. I have never had a better pedicure done in many years!

This is the worst customer experience i have ever got. I did hair coloring and my friend did hair smoothing last day. Both our hairs look like trash now. Thanks to the beautician in polonica(I'm not sure if they are actually beauticians). About colouring it's is not even visible under sunlight.

I do hair spa every month from a different salon at tvm. Now I am at Kottayam so I went there for the spa. I had the worst experience from here. They don't know how to massage the hair. The lady who did the spa to me just applied the cream and massaged only for less than 50secs. I wanted a good masage and she was not even know how to treat or dry our hair.
After massage she waited more than 30 mints to wash the cream that will only cause cold. Then she partially dried my hair and told me that never dry completely after spa. I am not doing it for the first time so I told that I need to dry my hair completely. She did it after I told her and not applied any serum or even combed my hair. I did it myself and I was completely silent while these processes.
Because the worst experience from a non professional staff. If you want a hair spa please don't ho there. This was my last visit to polonica even for threading. My hair is so dry and not really good like I did a hair spa. And they only told me that they are using loreal spa but I didn't see the product bottle or anything there. Thery took some cream in a bowl and applied it.
