One among the very few parlours in Alappuzha where you can go for your regular haircuts, eyebrow threading and stuff. I have cut my hair from there twice, not bad, nothing sort of impressive. I have coloured my hair too, which was decent. Overall a nice place, not too expensive.

I went there for saree draping and hair straightening..... It was the perfect draping i could get.... Hair straightening though was a bit costly

Their service is good..no complaints.

But the lady staffs..do not know how to behave to customers...... Very arrogant behaviour...

And their rates are higher than in other salons...

For hair smoothening for shoulder length hair they charged 12000 rupees.. for the same.. another well known salon in Thiruvalla charged only 7000 rupees...

Very poor service especially saree draping... Charged me 2500 for saree draping and make up for my convocation.. Their draping made my saree look awful..literally ruined my big day..

They have a very poor customer service. The staffs are very unprofessional as they don't know even to do threading. For bridal makeup there's no use of spending 15 k because finally the look will be like as if you are going for some dance competition. They will not care or consider the customer suggestion they will only make use of what they know and will follow same for all brides. For bridal they have only one hair styling and makeup or lipshades are same for all the brides . Extremely disappointed after paying high amount for make up as it ruined my whole confidence. Saree draping charges are separate which is high . It's a waste , spending this much money and very poor service. The hair, make up and styling are still as in 90's as they are not aware about updated make up or hair styling .

This place has been an Alappuzha staple for many years and it’s been hit or miss with me every time. It’s a typical small town parlor that doesn’t offer much. No gel nails here. I was visiting family and decided to treat myself to a pedicure and then went back for a facial since the place I really wanted to try was closed for the new year.
The pedicure was not that great. The ladies did a good job of the cutting and scrubbing but they have a very limited polish selection and the ones they have are very bad quality. I had to remove my polish within a week because it started to melt off and stained my skin. It might be because of whatever they add to the polish to keep it liquid.
The facial was interesting. I opted for the high end O3 facial or “oxygen” facial. First off, they want the money upfront. No place has done this before. Once my session started, the girl noticed I had some redness and after consulting with the owner they decided not to use the light. The facial lasted about 3 hours and whatever they did was very relaxing and felt good. I just don’t know if I got the O3 facial that I paid for, if they didn’t use the light wand.
The facility itself is very clean, although not very aesthetically pleasing.
Go here if you want a no frills regular facial that doesn’t cost a fortune.
Their hair salon also seems to be very popular.

Felt like a bit expensive.. But the work was really good.
