Meraki Salon And Spa

I was a bit apprehensive as i never visited branded saloons. But was really surprised by ambience of the saloon. Huge space with smartly dressed employees. Did my haircut and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. One Shankar did my cutting and the boy was really expert in what he was doing and knows his job. He gave me the best cutting i ever had. But one thing always intrigued me, as to why all speaks in English as if it is the only language which suits these ambience. I will prefer to speak in hindi or assamese though I am fluent in English. Kindly santize employees out of this colonial slave mentality.

Giving a one star because they did not know how to cut curls. I went in with some good curls expecting a good cut, but after the cut the stylist just blow dried my hair making it a bush! No setting, no scrunching..nothing from the curly hair routine..when I insisted on a serum because my hair looked so dry, and asked him to spray it wet..the stylist said that now nothing can be done because it has been blow dried..not a good experience. Try DO MY STYLE..they are better at understanding your style and delivering with patience.

Ambiance was good and hospitality was also good. But prices are high. I wanted a foot massage, there wasn't one available, the lady at the reception persuade me to take pedicure. I also had a head massage. The staffs were nice but they kept trying to persuade me to opt for other services those are available with higher rates. For example, the head massage was for 600 INR. The staff kept on asking me if I wish to opt for a massage that include head, neck and shoulder which comes for 1500 INR. I totally did not like that. I know you are doing a business but do not try to push a customer to change his/her mind so that you can make some extra bucks. You should respect his/her decision.

Very bad experience, takes 500 for hair cut but didn't listen how i wanted my hair to be cut ,todya i told and showed the barber a picture of haircut in that specific style but he went on his own and gave me a Ugly look to my hair didn't , very unexpected and bad experience 👎

I have done the keratin treatment and it got wash off completely within a month. When i checked with the parlour, they are saying its because of your hair quality.

Over expensive compared to the service..i itold them that i want balayage but one of the staff told me that it won't suit me since my hair is straight..so he suggested me global lights..and i selected the colour.. even after 3months my hair colour bleeds stains all my clothes..m using colour protect shampoo .. pathetic colour..it costed me 6000 for the hair colour and 600 for hair cutting..and there wasn't any promotional offers as advertised on Facebook and Instagram that was mentioned on their page ..total scam!!!

Loved their service and staffs' behaviour. :)
