I've visited them few times and found them highly efficient in their work. I liked the products and services offered by them.

Pros - No doubt they are expert in their field and they know what they are doing. Staff are attentive and informative.

Cons - Rates are off the chart, not recommended if you are looking for budget parlour. 😊

Excellent services and smart staff. A big shout out to Grace, Lisa (sorry if I got the name wrong) and Toby. Grace did my nail extensions and mani, Lisa did my pedi and Toby massaged, shampooed and conditioned my hair. Each one of them know what they are doing and are great at it. I visited them before my wedding. The first day I went there, I was hungry for I was hella busy, they offered me coffee, I said no to caffeine in empty stomach. What they did next was surprising to me, they brought in juice and biscuits for me. It was so nice of them. I ate while Grace was doing my lovely extensions. Also while Lisa brought a DairyMilk Cracker bar for me. I felt really special. I am so happy to find out such a great place to go to. Be sure to check it out.

First of all i would like to pin point on how clean the place looks and how well maintained and behaved the employees are. Secondly, the employees were soft spoken and clear about the services they offered. Thirdly, i recommend everyone whose around guwahati to pay a visit and try their services. You won't regret it.

And Mr. Anil who attended me is very good.I am so satisfied with his work and also the service of all the staff. This is the first salon in guwahati which I found very good and so much satisfied with their service.Recommended to people, just go once and experience yourself.

Very courteous and amazing staff. Special mention Grace madam since I availed nail extension services. She is super talented and very patient. I am totally happy with her work on my nails.
We were also served water and coffee in the middle of our services.

I visited bblunt guwahati for the first time to colour my hair. Since i have heard a lot about it. So i went for it. I Was really happy with the results n appreciate the senior stylist work( i forgot the stylist’s name). Very hygienic and warm gesture . I appreciate that.

I have a mixed reaction. The manager at the counter is only interested in adding service which is expensive and not what you need. I paid more than 20k so money wasn't really an issue on my end, however being manipulated as client is something I am completely against! Boruah da did my haircut and balayage process and he is certainly the best this place can offer! The facial and waxing was acceptable service. However, the nail art service was not at all trained professional.
They have almost spoiled my one nail and also this took almost an year to heal. I certainly want to get my hair done by Boruah da again, however I will not visit this greedy and money hungry customer service platform. The manager was extremely rude and thinks can fool people! She is totally ignorant and have no idea about the technical details behind the hair treatments. She ends up challenging the technical experts on what kind of treatment the client needs! Forcing them to only recommend the expensive service. She cannot even give information on the carcinogenic potential of the products they are using. Sorry beauty industry needs to be transparent. I won't use anything on my face untill I know what it contains!
