Such a bad experience. Went for smoothening and just after my first wash my hair curls came out. When I expressed my disappointment the owner misbehaved over the phn call rather than apologising. Very unprofessional

Somewhat satisfactory. The staff is not very qualified/trained and most of them don't even know about the prices of their services which ultimately leads to unwarranted harassment of customers during payment.
