KUTS 'N' KURLS Unisex Salon - Guwahati Airport

I got my eyebrows and hair spa specifically for hair fall done from here. Nikku was the one who provided me this service. I was really glad I came across this salon. She was hospitable and did her job very well. My husband availed de-tanning service here and it was good too.

Very professional, well trained staff and welcoming owner with good rates and offers in hair care solutions. Highly recommend this place around Guwahati Airport. After exploring dozens of salons around airport, I stumbled upon Kuts n Kurls and very happy with the quality of service (Men’s haircut and beard trimming) this has become my regular salon to visit.

I took pedicare and clean up. Their service was good by priya and Nikku.Well mannered staff.The massage and pedicure done was thorough and completely worth the amount payed for.Highly recommend this saloon.

It's been almost three years that I'm visiting this saalon ND I'm very happy tbh... since last three years i didn't saw any other saalon or parlour... their hospitality, behavior, more over service is very gud...they are nice... specially Niku baa...here i did spa, waxing, regular hair cut & threading, hair colors, smoothening, face pack, cleaning and many more...so don't know bout others but i do like this saalon and happy...

I love the service and behaviour... Nd a good place all can do visit for an amazing experience.

Staff was nice and well behaved 💜. Everything was perfect. Should be recommended to more people. My hair stylist Didi was so well with her work .

Kindly read the whole thing to know my worst Experience ever in a Salon with Proof...
I did my hair colour there. For global they charge 3500/-. I did my half length hair colour. They charged me 2000/- and forced me to take a treatment for better result. As its funky colour. When I said No. They gave discount on the treatment as well. Somehow they convinced me for the treatment. So I paid 2500/- in total. The colour which was discussed, they gave different colour. Still I said Ok. Because it was not looking bad. They damaged my beautiful Kurti with their chemicals, still I forgiven them as they didn't do it intensionally. I didn't complained about it. But when I said the owner(YUVRAJ THAKURIA) that your employee changed the colour. Then this is what he said. The screenshot I m adding here. You can read it by yourself. Second because he blamed me for nothing. So I complained about the Kurti also n I confronted his employees infront of him. I asked money for my Kurti. Which the owner was not willing to pay as he said that the person who did it left the job. So it's not his concern. When I told him with frustration that u can keep that kurti n money as a tip then this is how he replied. The second screenshot is about that. First he don't give discount still he claims that he gave discount and has no guilt towards the fact that his employee ruined my kurta. He is still so shameless to act like this. Guys I m tell you, don't even think of going there. I m sharing all the photos with you. Rest u can also decide.
