Bank of India - Salkia Branch

This is here Bank of India's Salkia branch. The bank service is regular. Here staffs are helpful and assist with the works. They get the works done fast. The building inside is well maintained and renovated though from outside it looks quite older and less maintained.

They are not providing Pass book to me till yet...
They don't have many peoples for work...
Service is very poor

One Person Doing all Job, just to submit KYC form I have to wait for 2.5 Hr in line.

3rd class bank, I could not understand there rubbish policy..... They are not giving the Bank Account opening forms also, first time in my life I heard that you can't take the account opening form outside you have to take & filled it inside only.

Worst service you will get here..staffs are not at all skilled..Deliberately they kill your time..With outdated technology they will spoil your time the most.Even the manager uday Narayan rai or whatever is a very ill behaved guy having no importance for customers..I recently closed my account earlier I was having my account for more than 5-6years..Don't open your account here.
