State Bank of India - SPPB Branch

Good staff, good service. This branch is a special branch for retail banking. Hence it is assumed that getting a home loan or car loan here is comparatively easy.

Good and comparatively less crowded branch at Bankura town. Staff behaviour is also good. It has a green channel counter to withdraw or deposit money by ATM card. The parking lot inside the bank premises is also wide. It is situated just opposite to P.C Chandra Jewellers. Loan & Locker facilities are available.

This branch of State bank of India is less crowded than other branches. The behavior off the staffs is good at the opening. It is located in Natunchati near Natu Charity Durga mondir and P.C. Chandra Jewellery Shop.This bank has a lot of place of parking whereas other two bank has no parking place.A SBI atm is also located beside the Bank.Overall it is good.

I went there for the first time to update my KYC for MUTUAL FUND, it was passed more than 20 days but not yet the service has been provided, eventually I alermed a soft reminder but without use.

This branch was better a year ago but now the staffs are pathetic mainly the loan manager Mr: TARUN, he may be banker but truly uneducated so far, he don't even have basic manners, while taking he use to chewing PAAN, some time spit coming out, I am not against of his PAAN, i suggest you to stop chewing such thing while you are working on office.
I found most of the time good bank manager's getting transfered, is there any way to transfer such people like MR: TARUN

1. Staffs behaviour : Staffs of this branch are very much helpful , there behaviour is very good , they are helping in all the processes.

2.Crowded or not : No crowd at all . You can do your work peacefully without any headache .

3. Updated or not : All the branch facilities are updated and available by today's date .

4. Parking place : There is a huge parking place also .

5. Cleaneness : It can get 5 Star easily for it's Cleaneness .

6. Comparison with other branch : Far and Far better then The Machantola Main SBI branch .

Very ill behaved new branch manager. Does not know how to deal with customers .
