I applied for a credit card . Girl name rinki from patuli branch who was guiding us for the card. Told so wrong information and didn't tell about hiden charges and rules. She misleads us. Moreover when I called her to ask everything that why she gave wrong information she cut my phone on my face. Is this the way to deal customer?? It's a request to axis Bank team please recruit someone who know how to deal customer and can give proper knowledge. Otherwise it will be problematic for us. For her so wrong information i have think about surrender the credit card. Please keep it in mind in future so that no customer should face these kind of problem.

Very bad experience. They are only concerned about selling their services. But when it comes to provide basic facilities to the customer, they will continuously delay the process. My entire family has suffered due to this. Disgusting experience.

I would have given a zero star rating if available, no addressal of the problems faced by the customers. One of the worst banks to ever come across. DON'T GO TO AXIS BANK BRANCH

All they'll do is put the blame on the customer for any extra charges that you might have incurred on an upgraded debit card/credit card etc which none but these people would have issued to you. Extremely incompetent and fishy staff! I have had a much better experience with HDFC, ICICI and SBI! Even if you have to choose Axis after reading this DON'T ever choose this branch! There's a reason why this branch has 2.3/5 rating on Google! Pathetic!

Have been visiting the branch since the last 3 months for a problem with the NPS ACCOUNT THROUGH AXIS BANK.
It's my mistake that I did open the account with Axis Bank. Nothing has been done. No one knows anything. Just useless. And I am stuck

I submitted a kyc document at garia branch on 04/03/21 for 2nd holder of my joint sb account maintained at bagnan branch but till date the same has not been updated in system. Neither the branch having contact no. nor the customer care is easy reachable, trusting these services govt. is trying to privatize nationalized banks where I updated my kyc in same day
