First time got chair in any SBI Branch in my life even for small work .First time I found Zero Attitude in SBI employees. They deserve hats off for their service, cooperation,charming behaviour like private bank . they approved my digital YONO saving account for my wife.
But unfortunately they provided their dead phone number in passbook.

they provide worst service, those person working inside the bank are not willing to work, it seems like sbi officers drag themselves out from their home and they are being forcefully have to sit. they transferred me from one desk to another constantly. they lost my atm card and when I request them to resolve my issues they sent me to their manager and that manager told me that their worker lost my atm card and they aren't able to track it and shockingly said to make me another account and ask payment for that.they are shameless duchebag.

Very bad behaviour and they force to take life insurance along with home loan which is not mandatory. If someone is not interested then they said that whatever a customer want they can but they will not close the unwanted life insurance .

Totally Hopeless. All telephone numbers ate incorrect , mail id is wrong,. More then 1 month my topup housing loan am unaware. No one is responsible.

Very bad employees...Will pressurize you to buy policy with loan and even they fool you to sign on papers which you don't want..

Extremely bad. The staffs misguide you.

Very humble and patient staff. Haven't seen this kind of incredible behavior from bank professionals in a long time.

Always have long queues, but the staffs are too much patient-friendly.
