customer service person's behavier is very rude.....they dont think that we are customer for their..specially who is just in front of the ist floor office door.healthy figure

There is enough place to park your bike or car. Very few banks have parking facility. This bank is one of them. There is a well maintained ATM kiosk also.

Good people and the location is also close to the Sonarpur station.. easy to identify.. they acknowledge queries well..

i wap one employee to know about some information. she only replied once without any eagerness. Texted multiple times, but she left those only seeing. not expected from q pvt bank
