Bandhan Bank

Moderately excellent service from a bank branch just into its first few months of business, shepherded by a youngish branch manager.

Facilities are good and it's also provide more interest on savings account from any other banks. But this place is in 1st floor so it's difficult to reach for senior citizens.

Nangi branch

Very Bad customer service.. dont give any priority to the customer I was waiting to update my passbook and they were busy doing their own paperworks... and onces their relatives came to update books they made them sit and updated 3 to 4 pass books and during this also I was waiting for my turn.. but after their relatives left they started doing their paperworks again.. It was a very insulting situation in a bank for me.. If i could i would have given half stars..

Bandhan Bank is offering maximum interest in both savings and FD accounts comparing with other public sector and private sector banks. All the bank employees are cordial, efficient and well-trained. Moreover its location is easily accessible.
