Its a nice branch of SBI , and all the staffs are very friendly.

situated in a highly crowded place... parking is a big trouble to the customers... and for customers the local people are also highly while passing this area... the bank authority mast arrange a place for parking... otherwise it's ok...

The bank employees are well behaved. But let me give you heads up, that your query/issue/requests wont be sorted in one visit. You should consider that you probably need to visit the branch at least 4/5 even more times to get your request done.

My misconceptions about SBI get away after visiting the coochbehar bazar branch. Stuffs are really a good communicator and well behaved .. specially Amit kumar Mishra sir . Btw their service is good .

I don't like the spot firstly . Too much congested and clostrophobic atmosphere . The area is also too much small for a bank like SBI, that too, a district branch . On loaded times, a huge queque is seen here as very normal phenomena .

Only one advantage is that it's very near to bus stand . Also various shops and transportation available 24*7 at service , though I find the costs on higher side .

Near Sagar dighi .10 min from busstand

Lunch time... As usual. The staffs think they are above everything. Staffs lack hospitality.
