Really a Good Bank. All service are very well here.

Very crowded but well service

Not all are Unprofessional but very few of them are good and willing to help.
Whoever gave 5 star ratings are probably the stuff themselves cause no work is done quick enough.

Fine but staff are very moody

One of worst branch of SBI I have ever seen, this particular branch of basirhat lacks everything.
- Behaviour of this branch people are very rude, they don’t treat people as people, they will harass you till the end, I was one of them recently, just to withdraw money from bank they made me wait from 11AM-2PM and the person behind is named ‘Miss Anjushree’ she is not capable of handling the crowd and she is too slow too work, people were irritated by her work pace and were asking to hurry up. But it didn’t bother her at all instead showed attitude. She definitely lacks manner to talk to people. And people at the bank are not at all helpful I have seen elderly people lurking around asking for help but no one is interested.
So I kindly would request if you want to open an account please do not open here,
You will be mad following their commands, one small thing may take a whole day to finish. SBI should definitely hire professionals instead of these people for less pay.
I would suggest go to other banks like (BOB,ICICI) these banks do care for people and their precious time, and has a better behaviour towards them.

The employees doesn’t collaborate with others and they are very lazy and careless...

Bad service, I submit my kyc 60 days ago, but not updated, my account was stoped, then again submit kyc, they says after 4or 5 days my account will start again, bad experience,bad customer support.
