I have been a client of this bank for past 25 years.

This is the worst bank with worst customer experience

The bank staff of HARISH MUKHERJEE ROAD branch are HORRIBLE. The manager is never in the bank. The rest staff are usually busy on personal calls on their mobile phones or they are playing games on their phone.

They go for lunch 10 mins before the lunch time and come after 10 mins after lunch time ends.

They have no value for clients time. Even after coming inside the bank I was told to come next day for updating my KYC. They even refused to accept my KYC letter. This was shocking.

They don't have any COVID-19 facility like sanitizer etc. Some bank employees don't even wear masks.

All this can be witnessed from CCTV camera footage if they have it installed.

I had 6 accounts over 25 years. Have closed 5 already and now toiling for closing my last account.

NEVER TRUST ALLAHABAD BANK.

At Sodepur the upto date facility is not working since March 2020 to till 11.12.2020 whenever attended the bank. Service quality also not good as up-to-date and money deposit machines are faculty since Feb 2020

Hello sir,I am client of your bank from last 3 year in mehna (village) moga(district) but service of your bank is too bad and staff of your bank do not behave good with customers.On that time, 20 client of your bank are sit on land from 3 hour front of your bank and bank staff do not open the gate. Sir, please take action fast otherwise we will off our accounts in your branch.
