Staffs are good, but not all. In Basement one lady- incharge of KYC, is the most arrogant person I have ever seen. She don't know how to talk to their customers. The way she shouts and behave is ridiculous. Pls Bank's Management teach her professionalism. Plz Remind her..SHE IS THE EMPLOYEE OF BANK AND WE ARE CLIENT.

oldest bank in liluah. many customer keep faith on . have locker facility and also gives loan easily. plus point is open in night when every bank closes

This place is the oldest Bank in this region, they won't provide you online banking systems like other Banks. This place is very weird.Bit has AC built-in. Probably crowdy every time, but you won't feel unsecured. (Takes lots of time to pass a single book, probably 10-20 minutes even in a normal state). When you'll come here come during summer, if you're like me who parents don't allow AC in the morning. This is the best place to Chill.

Smooth but bit slow service..no ATM card nothing..you have to use cheque to withdraw Money..

These body are not capable to be called as bank beacuse they do not follow the rules and regulation of bank they have there own guidlines which are impossible to do in a death claim.
And the manager which is nepali in 60 bhattanagar is so illiterate that do not know english and how he is sitting in cabin let me tell you chewing tobacco and having bucket below his leg and spitting and speaking rudely with customers.

I request to the head of this society if you can not hire good manager then at least do not hire these nepalis in manager position even he is not capable as a secuity guard

Bad staff behaviour, they don't work after 3 pm. So rude behaviour of staff. If you are visit this bank you feel like you are visit in any government bank 🤣

Customers of this bank avail services in morning 8.00 to 10.30 am and from 6-30 to 8-30 pm in the evening. On Mondays bank it remains closed. The bank have locker facilities, holiday homes at Puri. ATM service of this bank is yet to come.
