Really bad experience with Axis Bank Khardha Branch, I applied for new account on 6th March 2017 and they promised that it will be opened in a week. But after 30 days still no response from there side. Really bad service they have also taken money for opening new account. Now I am going to complain higher authorities about this branch.

Very bad service..its one of the most reputed bank but i am not getting service from this bank...
It took 10days to change my name and open an account in their branch..where i require on urgent basis...
I havnt receive my kit yet ..its more then 20days..
If we call the employee they are not picking the calls

Procastination is their normal practice. They have taken Aadhaar update franchisee but they only harrass people to do as least work as possible. Even their gatemen are full of arrogant attitude.

This is a very with Axis bank. I want to fox a mutual fund but since month the bank is just letting me hang with there process. I have tried to reach the bank but neither the agent is receiving my call nor they are providing me any details. I will wish to to withdraw all cooperation with this bank.

Time consuming experience.

I wished to get a cheque book however the process of getting it took over 2.5 hours. Dismayed to say the least. Not like I planned to lose the entire first half of the day to just queue.
It was utterly frustrating and while I did get the chequebook in the end, I will not be able to make up for the lost time.
