United Bank of India - Suri Branch

This UBI at a walking distance from Suri SBSTC/NBSTC and Privet bus stand . Just adjacent to the both bus stand .

Having Head Quarter in Kolkata it's the lead bank in WB. Farmers & tiny businessmen in rural areas are the most beneficiaries of this bank...

Nice services. Staffs are very efficient. But the thing is that it is situated in first floor. There is no lift service. The staircase is not also in good condition. It is big problem for senior citizens. There is no parking area at the ground that is the big problem.

Good service. The bank is situated very near to Suri bus stand. So everyone can catch this easily. But parking area not available & it is a crowd area also so it's very difficult to park your car or bike.

The worst bank I have visited ever...I had to visit this bank 4 times to open a savings account,but the harassment doesn't end here...1st of all they didn't give me the passbook andsomehow the debit card was returned by the Postman because I was out of station at the time of delivery.....I talked to the branch manager and other staffs a number of times but they just harassed me by asking me to come some other days..At last I had to close my account....Horrible experience...One should prefer any other bank over this.Worst branch with worst non cooperative staffs and manager.
