Not so good experience.
Recently my account was freezed. But after submitting my apologies letter.
Still my account is not unfreezed.
Although staff members are in their own attitude.
I'll not prefer to anyone for this bank.

Worst experience.
Recently my account was freezed. But after submitting my all documents for KYC(Gurgaon Branch) Still my account is not unfreezed. Gurgaon operation head trying to reach them but didn't get any response from them. Gurgaon AXIS branch head mail them 3 times for unfreezed but still didn't get any positive response.
I'll not prefer to anyone for this bank.
