Worst customer support and services by icici bank. I already messaged to the customer support in twitter. I have applied for icici bank platinum credit card and submitted the document on 25.09.2020 but not able to get information regarding this one.

Well cleaned and fully air-conditioned bank,even security guard is well experienced and skilled

No clue on cheque processing, trying on phone, waiting on customer care IVR is on for 1 hour, no executive available to take call, if you people cant afford customer service, why toll free service no is floated everywhere to get support.
