Illiterate Branch Manager (Mr. Shukla) and other employees. Just avoids working. No one takes care of RBI guidelines and notifications. They are just running their own kingdom on citizen's hard-earned money.

Same as many people has already mentioned, the BM, Me. Shukla has nothing to do with RBI rules, he is running his own banking system in silos with his own rules. He consider the bank as his personal treasury. His no to, "my bank, my rules".

The Branch Manager, Mr. Shukla needs to get back to his basic training again to learn what RBI is and why they should follow their guidelines and rules.

They don't even follow RBI guidelines, just to harass customers and avoid work.
